Test Assessment: Certain roles require completing a timed test within 1 to 2 weeks to assess workflow management, time efficiency, and communication skills. Review Process: After a decision, there's a review period of up to a week. If selected, you'll undergo a 2-week trial period, closely monitored by the team, leading potentially to a contract offer for a minimum of 15 hours per week
