We reach new heights through collaboration, mutual respect, and celebrating our teammates. The result: games as legendary as the people behind them.

Six Principles That Guide Us
Craft
We care about the quality of what we make. We'd rather do something properly than quickly, and we hold our own work to a high standard before anyone has to ask.
Ownership
We take responsibility for our part and see it through. If something is ours, we move it forward without being chased, and we flag problems early rather than late.
Straight Talk
We are direct, honest, and kind. We give and receive feedback on the work without making it personal, and we'd rather have the awkward conversation now than the resentful one later.
Respect
Time and talent given to this project are a contribution, not a given. We treat every member's effort, and every discipline, as valuable.
Discretion
We protect the work and each other. Unreleased material stays inside the studio, and we are careful and deliberate about what leaves it.
Momentum
We keep things moving. We ship, learn, and iterate rather than waiting for perfect, and we respect the difference between polishing and stalling.
Autonomy. Accountability. Ambition.
Most of the team contributes on a flexible, collaborative basis. That model only works on a foundation of trust and good faith. You are trusted to manage your own time and to deliver what you've taken on.
We are a distributed, remote-first team working asynchronously by default. Clear written communication, well-organised files, and clean handovers matter more here than they would in an office.
Segritude was incorporated in May 2023, built around three disciplines: Concept Art, 3D Art, and Programming, united by a single mission: to build original, ambitious games to a professional standard.

I really appreciate the inclusive nature of our studio, where ideas have the freedom to originate from individuals across all departments and at any level. The cross-disciplinary collaboration at Segritude is truly exceptional, setting us apart from many others.
"I started Segritude because I wanted to prove that a small, committed group of talented people can build a genuinely ambitious game, without a publisher's machine behind them."
